Our Mission Statement has guided us for over 39 years, influencing the efforts of every team member, including front-line caregivers, nurses, and therapists who provide direct care to our clients. They are our heritage, starting with our founder Frannie, and fueling our future. We celebrate our differences. Our commitment to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience drives us forward every day and makes us better providers of health care. We strive to build and nurture an inclusive tribe where you can share in this commitment to creatively deliver the best home care. So bring your authentic whole self to work. Be you, because it takes all kinds to make the Cooperative Team. We invite you to be a part of it. We’re greater when we’re equal. Together, we can achieve #EqualityForAll.”
